Some customers may currently be experiencing intermittent issues connecting via FTP or slowness listing the contents of their FTP folders.
This is being investigated by our engineers and we will update this status page as soon as more information is available.

We have become aware that a small number of aliased domains were not accepting incoming email correctly between 25th and 30th June. Affected mail would have been returned to the sender with a message indicating that delivery had not been successful. We have identified the domains affected and there will be no further repetition of this problem. We understand the importance of reliable email delivery and apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this problem.
