We have become aware that a small number of aliased domains were not accepting incoming email correctly between 25th and 30th June. Affected mail would have been returned to the sender with a message indicating that delivery had not been successful. We have identified the domains affected and there will be no further repetition of this problem. We understand the importance of reliable email delivery and apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused by this problem.
