Customers may find they are unable to log into their control panels, or access their databases. All customers effected will be emailed shortly with further information and instructions. We apologise if you have not received this email yet and thank you for you patience.

Some customers may find they are experiencing timeouts when downloading email over POP3. Our engineers are investigating, and will update the status page with further information.

Maintenance has been scheduled on the system vault1.secured-url.com for Friday the 30th of November from 00.30. If your SSL is hosted on this server, you may find access to your site intermittent during this time.

This maintenance is expected to last 5 minutes during which time customers will not be able to connect to their ssl space.

Customers may find FTP on our platform unavailable at the moment. This is due to essential maintenance, and we will update this status page as soon as this is complete

Customers may find that .net and .com domain registration and administration is not currently working due to maintenance at our GTLD registries. We will update this status page entry as soon as this is resolved.

The registry operator for .org and .info domains has announced a maintenance window on Saturday 24th November between 16:00 and 20:00.

The following functionality may be intermittently unavailable:

- domain transfers
- domain management (for example changing name servers)
- domain registrations

This will only affect .org and .info domains

Customer with sites on the server fhlinux182 (IP address 213.171.218.182) may currently be experiencing problems accessing their sites.

We are investigating this.

Customers with websites hosted on server fhlinux161 may currently be experiencing intermittent performance problems.

To identify if your site is hosted on this server, log into your Control Panel and check the Domain Details page. Your domain may be affected if the Web Server IP address is 213.171.218.161
