Customers using our SiteBuilder service may have got the following message when trying to log in over the last 10 minutes - 'The system is temporarily offline for maintenance. Thank you for your patience while our technicians complete this work.'
This has now been resolved and Sitebuilder is working normally again.

Customers with database on the server mysql254 (IP address 213.171.218.254) may have experienced problems accessing those database in the last 10 minutes.
This issue has now been resolved.

We are aware that a small number of our dedicated server customers may be experiencing a loss of service at present. We are working hard to resolve this problem and will update this entry when we have any further news.

Customers with websites hosted on server 213.171.218.192 may currently be experiencing access problems.
To identify if your site is hosted on this server, log into your Control Panel and check the Domain Details page. Your domain may be affected if the Web Server IP address is 213.171.218.192
