Customers using our auth-smtp service ( sending mail through our servers using a username and password ) may currently be receiving an error message, and the mail will not be sent in that instance.

Customers with email hosted on mail cluster 2 may find that they are unable to access their email via POP3 since around 23:30 on the 21st Dec. This is due to essential maintenance, and is being treated as a priority. We will update this status page as soon as maintenance has been completed.
