Customers with websites hosted on server IIS642 may currently be experiencing intermittent performance issues.

To identify if your site is hosted on this server, log into your Control Panel and check the Domain Details page. Your domain may be affected if the Web Server IP address is 213.171.218.42

Some customers may not be able to view MatrixStats for their domain, or may receive timeouts when looking up matrixstats.yourdomainname.

Our engineers are investigating the issue, and will update this status page with further information.

Databases hosted on 213.171.218.254 will have been unavailable between 00:20 and 00:25.

SQLSERVER5 will be unavailable due to maintenance between the hours of 06:00 and 07:00 on the morning of 19th December. Databases on this server will be unavailable during this time.

We are today applying configuration changes to our windows servers running the .net framework. While we do not anticipate that this will cause problems for any of our customers we recognise that there is a possibility that the changes we are making to the .net platform may prevent some code from running correctly. If you believe that your site is affected by these changes please do email our support team with details of the code being executed and the problem you are seeing.

From 3pm to 7pm, .info domain registration and WHOIS lookups will not be available due to maintenance at the domain registry.

Existing .info domains will not be affected, and .info domain registrations will be queued until the window is completed.

Customers may currently be unable to add MatrixStats to domains in their accounts.

Our engineers are aware of this, and are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

Due to essential maintenance, SQL2k225 be unavailable at 01:00AM on the 15th December.

This maintenance is expected to last 5 minutes during which time customers will not be able to connect to their databases.
