Customers attempting to add a new MySQL database or modify the settings of a small number of existing databases may have been encountering an error over the last hour or so.
This will not have affected the normal operation of the databases in any way.

We will be carrying out some essential maintenance on our core network on the morning of Tuesday 29/01/08 between 00:30am and 01:00am
Although we do not anticipate any downtime as a result of this work the network status is 'at risk' during this period.

We will update this status page as soon as this has been resolved.

Customers using our streaming media service may find that the service is unavailable at the moment. Our engineers are investigating this and believe that the problems should be resolved soon.

Customers on a number of our servers may currently be experiencing intermittent access to their sites at the moment.
Our engineers are investigating this as a priority.
12:45 Customers with sites on the servers with the following IP addresses may still be experiencing intermittent access to these sites; 213.171.193.25, 213.171.193.28, 213.171.193.29, 213.171.193.30, 213.171.193.36.
All other sites should be OK.
UPDATE - This is now resolved.

Sites hosted on this storage server may have suffered an outage over the last 10 minutes or so. This issue is now resolved. If the scripting path in your website configuration starts with '\\NAS07ENT\Domains' then your site will have been affected.

Customers with sites using the storage server NAS07ENT may be experiencing intermittent performance issues.
To determine if your site is affected, log into your control panel. Your site may have been affected if the storage path for your domain begins "\\nas07ent".

Customers with websites hosted on server envisage_4 may currently be experiencing intermittent performance issues.
To identify if your site is hosted on this server, log into your Control Panel and check the Domain Details page. Your domain may be affected if the Web Server IP address is 213.171.219.234
