Customers with sites on the Linux server 213.171.218.159 may find that their sites are unavailable at present.

On Thursday 27th March we will be performing maintenance on various Windows web servers between 01:00 and 05:00. The following servers will be unavailable for a period of up to 1 hour during this maintenance window.

Customers with sites on the Linux server 213.171.218.159 may find that their sites are unavailable at present.

Some customers using BT Yahoo! Broadband may find that they are now unable to send emails. This is due to a security update by BT, who have today announced that they are now preventing BT Yahoo! Broadband users from sending emails from software such as Microsoft Outlook and Thunderbird, when the "From" email address is not a BT Yahoo! email address or a "validated alternative email address".

Customers may currently be experiencing issues connecting to databases on the MySQL server 213.171.219.90.

This has now been resolved

Sites hosted on the Windows server 213.171.218.37 will currently be unavailable.

07:20 This is now resolved.

Sites on Windows server 213.171.218.25 would have been unavailable between 11:30 and 11:36.

This issue has now been resolved.

Customers with SSL folders hosted on vault1.secured-url.com will have found that they were unable to see the contents of their folders since Friday 14th of March.

This will have had no affect on the operation of their SSL folders in any way.

SSH Access to the shared platform will have been unavailable for the last 15 minutes.

Our engineers are investigating and we expect this to be resolved shortly.
