Customers may currently be experiencing intermittent errors when checking the availability of GTLD domain names. Engineers are investigating.

Customers will currently be experiencing issues with Windows server 213.171.218.98.

The registry operator for gTLD domains is currently performing routine maintenance which is scheduled to be completed by 09:00.

The following functionality may be intermittently unavailable during this period:

- domain transfers
- domain management (for example changing name servers)
- domain registrations
- whois checks

This will only affect gTLD domains (.info and .org).

Customers with sites on Linux server 213.171.218.159 may currently be experiencing intermittent connectivity.

Sites hosted on this server will have been unavailable for approximately five minutes.

14:05 This has now been resolved.

Sites hosted on server 213.171.218.143 may be experiencing intermittent performance issues.

Due to essential maintenance some customers may find that they will be unable to view their matrixstats while the maintenance is performed.

13:55 - Maintenance complete

Customers with databases on the Mysql server 213.171.218.167 may have found their databases were unavaliable for a period of around 5 minutes.

01:15: This is now resolved.

Due to maintenance at the registry customers will currently be unable to register, renew, transfer or make changes to .com and .net domains.

All requests are being queued and will be processed once the maintenance has been completed.

01:45 - This maintenance is now completed.

Customers will currently be experiencing issues with Windows server 213.171.218.25.
